Habits

Our habits and patterns are either serving us or slowly destroying us. It is up to us decide which ones to keep and which ones to upgrade.  

One way to tell if our habits serve or destroy is to take a look at your default patterns… What do you do when you’re Scared? Anxious? Stressed? Sad? Happy? Joyful? Angry? Excited?

 

Do you eat, shop, drink, numb out on netlfix or something else?

 

Default patterns show up when we fall asleep at the wheel of our own life. And if we do what we’ve always done then we can expect the same result we’ve always gotten.

 

When our default patterning shows up we’re being given a gift, a golden opportunity, to move beyond our habitual behavior.

 

Ask yourself: Am I consciously choosing this? What we do not consciously choose will be chosen for us through our programming.  Am I able to choose another way? Something that maybe looks and feels different while serving the highest and best for me at the same time?

 

These small shifts in our patterned behavior, over a long period of time, allow for new paths to be explored while upgrading our whole belief systems and stories we tell ourselves.
